Overview

The setup process is designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We collect the minimum amount of information during this onboarding process and then as you enter other parts of the application, you will be prompted to perform additional setup. You can always access all setup via the admin's personal settings menu.

If you need help, please call us or email us. Please allow 48 hours before contacting us a second time. While you may not receive an immediate response, we do not have bots to annoy you – you will get a response from a real person.

Step 1: Organization

We will collect some minimum information about your organization to set up your account.

Step 2: Contact Admin User

We will ask for the organizations contact person as well as the administrator user. Other users can be setup later from the person settings menu.

Step 3: Subscription

Choose your subscription plan. You will receive a 30-day free trial.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the 30-day free trial, your account will not be charged.

Step 4: Payment

A payment method is required even for the trial period. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial period your payment method will be charged according to the subscription package you purchased.
